We offer the following services:
Market Research
Marketing is an overhead.
If you’re looking to launch a new product or service, or effectively market an existing one, then it’s important to do so as economically as possible. This is why market research is important.
There is an old saying that ‘Knowledge is power’ – and this is especially true of knowledge about your potential customers and competitors. For the more you know about your customers, competitors, and market place the more cost-effectively you can market your products or services.
We have conducted market research, or digital intelligence, projects for many companies across many different sectors – which has enabled them to gain visibility with potential customers, stand apart from their competitors, and win business.
Search Engine Optimisation
Most people discover new websites via search engines, like Google. Search engines are the biggest drivers of ‘web traffic’, or potential customers, to your business.
Everybody knows that it’s important to have a website that is well designed and visually attractive. Yet it is equally important to have a site that is designed and built to get the most search engine visibility from prospective customers.
Search engine optimisation (SEO) blends into web development at one end and psychology at the other. We’ve worked on many different SEO projects.
We are in the minority in the SEO industry in that we don’t believe in tying customers into ‘retainers’ for search engine optimisation services, as we’d rather be judged by our results on a project-by-project basis.
If you’re thinking about launching a new website then it’s best to get us involved as soon as possible, as once a site has been designed then many of the most important SEO decisions have already been made.
Content Marketing
The content of your website must play numerous roles, as it is responsible for: attracting, engaging, and converting your website visitors into paying customers.
Effective content marketing grows out of market research, as it is designed to meet the needs and issues of potential customers. It must also integrates with user experience, in being easy to navigate and understand.
Finally content must call the visitor to action – in terms of generating value for a business, be that in terms of a download, signup, telephone call or filling in a contact form.
User Experience
User experience (or UX for short) balances website visitors needs and expectations with the marketing goals of a business. It covers everything from how fast a page loads, and the colour of buttons, to how easily potential customers can active the tasks that they need to on your website.
Sometimes User Experience is sacrificed in the name of Search Engine Optimisation, and sometimes SEO is over-looked in the name of User Experience. In our view it is important that both of these disciplines have a role in meeting your marketing objectives.
Digital Advertising
After Search Engine Optimisation, internet advertising is probably the most effective marketing channel for a business.
Over the last twenty years the costs of online marketing have risen while the conversion rates have declined. In this situation it is important for advertising to be targeted as closely as possible, and managed as carefully as possible, so as to avoid wasted ad spend.
Analytics & Tracking
Having undertaken the investment of creating a website and getting visitors to it, it’s key to understand how it is working; and this is where digital analytics and tracking comes into its own.
For instance, businesses typically want to know things like: how many people are visiting their site; where those people are located; what devices they’re using; which pages they visiting; and whether they’re generating leads.
It’s important that tracking is correctly configured, as we occasionally come across websites that are double-counting all Analytics data due to mis-configuration.
We are experienced in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) configuration.
Privacy & Security
We live in a time of increasing complexity with regards to privacy and security legislation and web and tracking technologies.
It is important that your website has a robust privacy and cookie implementation, and integrates with your tracking and analytics platforms.
We have undertaken numerous cookie audits for different companies, and have experience of setting up cookie and privacy products to integrate with Google consent mode v2, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4)
Industries
We have undertaken projects in the above areas across many different sectors. In particular we have experience in working with companies in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, international shipping, and property.
